Joey entered the insurance industry in 2005, where he began his career specializing in volunteer benefits. With his extensive years of experience, Joey works diligently to obtain the coverage his clients need at a competitive price. Having access to a wide range of companies and insurance products, he is able to customize each insurance program to the client’s individual coverage needs. He takes great pride in delivering the highest quality service possible for the clients he serves.

As the founder and President of McBride Benefit Solutions, Joey has worked very hard to offer numerous products and services to his clients. He is licensed with over 60 carriers, which allows him to offer quality products and packages with competitive pricing for each client's unique insurance coverage needs. Recently Joey has added property and casualty coverage to MBS extensive portfolio. This allows an even broader range of coverage for his current and future clients.

Amy McBride

Vice President

As Vice President of McBride Benefits & Insurance Group, Amy brings an extensive background in administration, organization, and client support. With a strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to helping others, she plays an important role in ensuring our clients receive knowledgeable, dependable service and a positive experience throughout the benefits process.

Amy takes pride in being part of a team that values personal service, clear communication, and building lasting relationships with clients. Her organizational skills and dedication help strengthen the foundation of McBride Benefits and support the team in providing the level of service our clients have come to expect.

Outside of work, Amy is the proud wife of Joey and enjoys spending time with family and being an integral part of the McBride Benefits family. She is grateful to be part of a business built on relationships, trust, and a commitment to helping others protect what matters most.

Brie Clark

Insurance Broker Specialist

Brie is a cornerstone of the McBride Benefits team and the friendly voice you hear when you call our office. She is known for her bright, personable approach and her commitment to making every client feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they reach out. Specializing in home, auto, individual life, and supplemental insurance, Brie is committed to helping clients find the right coverage at the best value.

As a licensed Aflac Sales Agent, she also helps clients explore supplemental benefits designed to provide additional financial protection when they need it most.

Brie’s goal is to provide personalized coverage that protects life's most important assets. Her dedication to our clients and team makes her an essential part of the McBride Benefits family.

Cara Fretwell

Accounts Manager

Cara brings extensive knowledge and a genuine commitment to helping clients navigate their benefits with more than 20 years of experience in the benefits industry. As our Accounts Manager, she specializes in individual and group benefits, providing guidance throughout the open enrollment process and continued support and service long after enrollment is complete.

Cara is passionate about educating employees, simplifying their options, and helping them make the most of their coverage. She takes pride in building lasting relationships and being a trusted resource for our clients every step of the way.

Morgan Hall

Claims Specialist

Morgan is our Claims Specialist, bringing a genuine passion for client care and a top-tier knack for building relationships.

As a Life & Health Licensed Insurance Agent and Aflac Sales Agent, she understands the importance of protecting our clients and being there when they need us most. Morgan’s goal to facilitate service after the sale with every group and client is her top priority.

Morgan works hard to ensure every claim is handled with care, processed quickly, and managed efficiently from start to finish.

Medicare Specialist

Phyllis is an integral part of the McBride Benefits & Insurance Group team. With more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care to every customer interaction.

Phyllis specializes in Medicare, including Medicare Supplement and Prescription Drug Plans, and works with multiple carriers to help clients find coverage that best fits their individual needs. She takes the time to answer questions, explain options, and make the Medicare process easier to understand.

Beyond serving our clients, Phyllis plays an essential role in keeping our office running smoothly. Her organization, dependability, and commitment to exceptional customer service help ensure that our team and our clients receive the support they need. Russ McBride

Benefits Consultant

Russ believes service after the sale is what truly sets McBride apart and takes pride in building lasting relationships with clients.

With more than 15 years of operations and management experience, Russ joined the McBride team in 2020.
